Cardboard playhouse for kids

This is a house for children in which they are provided with the cardboard and the lines for folding, but the children themselves set it up (under adult supervision), find a place for it and make it their own by coloring the drawings found on the sides. Kids get to assemble it, decorate it, create inside and out, and then play in it!!! How cool is that.. I want one just me.. maybe I can stick my office in there and have my own little place, ha!
